1. GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations made through the official website of R&S Marina Bay Tanger Apartment: www.rsmarinabaytanger.com.
The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to the property owner, operator, or management company.
The terms "guest", "you", and "your" refer to the person making the reservation and all accompanying occupants.
2. BOOKING & RESERVATION
2.1 Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2 A booking is only confirmed once:
- Payment requirements have been fulfilled; and
- A written booking confirmation has been issued via email.
2.3 The minimum age for the primary guest is 25 years.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations at our discretion where necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Exclusive Discounts:
- 20% Discount: Applies for full payment of 100% at the time of booking.
- 10% Discount: Applies for payment of 50% at the time of booking.
3.4 The remaining balance must be paid no later than seven days prior to arrival.
3.5 If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
3.6 Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or secure online payment providers.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT
4.1 A refundable security deposit may be required before check-in.
4.2 The deposit may be used to cover property damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, or unauthorized guests/events.
4.3 The security deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property, typically within 10 business days after departure.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
5.2 Cancellation fees apply as follows:

5.4 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
6. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
6.1 Standard check-in time: from 3 pm.
6.2 Standard check-out time: before 11 am.
6.3 Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
6.4 Guests are required to present valid government-issued identification upon arrival.
7. USE OF PROPERTY
- The property may only be used for lawful residential vacation purposes.
- The number of guests may not exceed the number stated in the reservation.
- Parties, commercial activities, events, filming, or photo shoots are prohibited.
- Smoking and vaping inside the property are strictly prohibited.
- Guests must respect neighbors, community rules, and quiet hours.
8. CONCIERGE & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
8.1 We may assist guests with concierge services including restaurant reservations, transportation, private chauffeur services, wellness treatments, and excursions.
8.2 Third-party services are provided independently by external providers. We are not liable for service interruptions, accidents, or delays caused by these providers.
9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
9.1 Guests use the property and all facilities entirely at their own risk.
9.2 We shall not be liable for theft, loss, damage to personal belongings, accidents, injuries, or temporary interruptions of utilities.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanger.
